What you'll find inside The Living Room

Finding out you're neurodivergent later in life explains a lot.

But a late discovery or diagnosis doesn't automatically tell you what you should do with the information.

There is so much more to living a life than productivity hacks and finding the perfect planner. We need time and space to process what we're learning about ourselves—to grieve, get angry, question old expectations, and figure out where we want to go from here and who we want to be when we get there.

This is where yoga meets the rest of your life.

Each month, we'll spend time on something many of us are actually dealing with after a late discovery or diagnosis—rest, work, relationships, boundaries, changing bodies, anger, grief, expectations, figuring out what we need, and deciding what we want to do differently.

We'll talk about what we're experiencing and bring in the deeper teachings of yoga—not just the poses, but what yoga has to say about attention, effort, rest, self-study, relationships, discernment, acceptance, and how we live.

And we'll practice.

Because understanding something intellectually and living it are two different things.

We'll use movement, breath, meditation, rest, and reflection to experience some of what we're talking about, not just think about it. You'll also have a growing library of practices to come back to when you want to move, slow down, rest, or spend some time with yourself.

Wind-Down Wednesdays

Every Wednesday evening, we'll meet live for 30 minutes of yoga.

Nothing to prepare for. Nothing to keep up with. Just a little space in the middle of the week to move, breathe, slow down, and check in with yourself.

Wind-Down Wednesdays is open to everyone. Living Room members will have access to the replays whenever they want them!
